HOLLEY CHOKE PLATE OE factory Holley choke blade. Has 2 holes in it for the mounting screws (which need to be purchased separately part #cs54). This is a very common choke blade used in many Holley 2 and 4bbl carbs. Holley List 3247 is one of the many muscle car carbs that this was used in.
